So apparently this is going to utilize modular construction, with pods already done and ready to be put into place on site. I'd guess there has to be some steel framing done first for the pods to be put into.

I saw two pods on site this morning.

I googled Alt Hotel and another was built with modules in St John's. Looks like the steel framing is incorporated in the modules.

The one here is twice as tall. Should be an awesome site to see built.
 
I've got some pics of the modules going in which I'll post later today, also there will be a video some time later. It was quite cool watching them put them in. :cool:

Why are the windows different sizes?

Looks like that center one has a higher ceiling, but weird that they wouldn't line mullions up horizontally and have an extra or taller pane at the bottom.
