So apparently this is going to utilize modular construction, with pods already done and ready to be put into place on site. I'd guess there has to be some steel framing done first for the pods to be put into.

I saw two pods on site this morning.

I googled Alt Hotel and another was built with modules in St John's. Looks like the steel framing is incorporated in the modules.

Oh man, there's a pod hotel I love in Amsterdam called Citizen M. If this ends up anything like that it'll be a real winner.

Why are the windows different sizes?

Looks like that center one has a higher ceiling, but weird that they wouldn't line mullions up horizontally and have an extra or taller pane at the bottom.

People vastly over estimate shipping costs. Moving a 40 foot container across the ocean costs maybe $1500-$2000. Add another $2000 for delivery beyond a port.
