I went to check the website looking for the exact street address and found something totally different. It looks as though there's been another design update. I haven't seen this render elsewhere in the thread.

Thanks @Oddball. We've kind of seen the updated rendering in some of the construction pictures, but never a proper rendering. It looks like one of the admins had updated the rendering in the database page. I never noticed it.

There are a few changes (wood on the upper feature roof is gone now), but that looks like the one that has been on site for a while now, you can see it in the pic above.

I drove by this one yesterday and it is actually looking really great. After a some fits and starts and a complete re-design, I think this project is going to be a welcome addition a growing community hub.

Even accounting for rough ins (which is likely the case), this project is going really slow.
