These towers turned out much better than I imagined. What I like about the residential tower is its simplicity.

Love seeing towers get built on the north side of 10th & the south side of 9th to fill in the wasteland on either side of the tracks.

I Remember Years Ago You Couldn't get anyone to Dvlpe/Bld along 10th Ave if You Tried. The only one Between 8th St - East and 4th St - West was M E C.
The Others were just Sites from Yrs Back and that was It, I remember reading that the Belt Lime had Over 2 Billion in Dvlpmt Projects etc Yrs Back. The
Drepression Hit and a Lot Just Seemed to Dry Up. Its Now 2018 (May) and a Lot has Changed Between 1st St S E and 14th St S W. it Will B Interesting to See
how the Belt Line Looks in 3 to 5 Yrs Time.

Despite the rather unfortunately looks, the good news is that if you forget your keys, you can just climb up to your room.
