It really seems like they're taking forever to finesse these across the line, but that's probably just me being impatient. Has there been any talk of a grand opening date? I imagine there's a tonne of work do be done inside. Not till next year I'm guessing. I can't wait until that lobby is open and adding life to 10th ave.

From what I remember the rental tower was to be ready for move-ins this fall, and the hotel was to be this summer.

This is an interesting feature, kind of gives the podium a geological feel.

2018-08-16 Update. I can live with the east tower podium, but just can't get behind the west tower podium - far too much of the stone panel treatment to be on the main street front. The geological glass gets points for being unique, but that wall of grey though...needs more transparent glass sections or something to compliment it better.

That is a hell of a lot of that "stone" on the podium, I hope the street level treatment makes up for it a bit.
