I understand that. These panels are far above grade.

Not necessarily just at grade, but anything fairly close to ground level....say within the first 6 floors. Just my own personal preference.

So what I saw when examining the building today, it looks like they're still completing the final floor of parking on the west block. So the residential tower hasn't yet started construction. I guess we'll wait and see over the next few weeks if the residence is going to go ahead

Fingers crossed. On the plus side, if they don't go ahead with it, at least it's ready to go right away when things pick up. I saw it today from Centennial Parkade and I noticed they have already completed a row of glass on the north side.

Yeah I wouldn't mind if it doesn't go ahead just yet. I mean we're really lucky to be getting what we're getting already, so I'm not going to complain.

Having the parking/podium section has akready made a big difference to the look and feel of that part of 10th.

This building / complex looks much larger than I imagined. A huge gap filler, turning out good so far.

Here are a few from yesterday. Looking at the work going on at the west side of the site, it appears they are starting the tower portion. I'm no expert, but the concrete posts are different than the previous levels, and not covering the whole floorplate. We should know for sure in a couple of weeks.

Hi Group,

Here is a Question. What are the Chances of this Project getting into the Plus 15 System at some point in time? The only way I see It happening is Via the Place 10 Project
but I'm Not sure of Its Status at the Moment.
