Cool looking building but I expect that this is MODA simply releasing the proposal design that they submitted to the developer and it is being released without much context because it was not selected to move forward. Hopefully I'm wrong but I get the same vibe from the way that these were released that I did with their design for the mission towers.

Not a new infill, but an interesting one with lots of nice window space. I wouldn’t seeing more like this.

Nice, hopefully the proposal is nice, and they can keep some of that open green space (or convert it into an actual park). I used to live on 25 ST in that 2nd house south from Richmond.

What is the small project directly north of this one again, that is under construction? Looks to also be another one north of that, fronting 26th Ave, in the works, as there is a land use redesignation submitted for M-U1.

That Poppy Plaza would be stellar for a patio. Nice to see the start of some better acknowledgement that the river pathway system is one of the top amenities we have and should be leveraged with more activities like this.

Absolutely. Our river pathway deal is a huge asset, and one we often take for granted, but are getting better at appreciating.

A new office building (small mind you) has been submitted for in Montgomery, along 16th Ave, in this location:
