Looks like Anthem United is working on a residential development that will include a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments on the former Viscount Bennett Centre site (2519 Richmond Road SW). Pretty limited details to this point.

Anthem has let their conditions lapse. The site is back up for sale. Note: Photo of Viscount Bennett is from movie filming in 2019.

It’s a shame Richmond Rd doesn’t continue on over/under Crowchild. It’d be a great place for a bike lane that gets you down into the core area.

What is the small project directly north of this one again, that is under construction? Looks to also be another one north of that, fronting 26th Ave, in the works, as there is a land use redesignation submitted for M-U1.

When they opened Poppy Plaza they were proposing a restaurant in this space. I couldn’t imagine a better use, pleeease let this happen.
