I've always thought converting the Mewata Armoury into something like this would be a good idea.
That would be a great location due to it being busy during the day from the downtown crowd and busy in the evening with the Beltline crowd. Problem would be land costs. The value is too high for a one storey building.Or down in the Beltline along the CP tracks.
