Not really sure what thread to toss this in but there was a pretty decent fire at an apartment building in the Beltline today, not sure the cause.

Sounded like there were cardboard boxes stored on the other balcony and it still ignited (from the heat?) from that far away. Definitely wild.

Just an FYI, the site is owned by CT REIT, not Ivanhoe... Which basically confirms what anyone's assumption would be as to which tenant would be moving in there.
