Not to derail another disliked crown feature on a Calgary building discussion, but the building in the foreground in the bottom picture has been fenced off for sometime now. Are there plans to renovate it, or is being torn down for a new development?

I was wondering about that one as well.

The building was condemned after the flood, and has been empty, and iirc the CBE was going to reno it or bulldoze it and rebuild.

Coming along quite nicely. A bit disappointed that the Riff won't sort of meander as was shown in the EV concepts, this looks to be a straight cut through.

I think the pedestrian path through verve archs a bit. I'm going to wait until it's open to the public before I make a judgement about it.

Just two things, the Riff itself does arch ever so slightly and the condemed building I'm pretty sure got fencing put up cause everyone on the sites down here were parking inside the sidewalk on the grass for free for months and the city must of got sick of it and if I remember correct it got fenced after Ink had started and before The Hat started.
