I really like this one. It's not about the tower / colours for me, its about the podium. A 5+ storey streetwall with units looking right into the street has a really urban feel to it and helps differentiate this project. I hope that most of the future buildings in EV do this, creating a really dense feel without our traditionally generous set-backs or Vancouver-like 2-storey podium.

From this morning. The panel treatment to the north / west side podium wall looks a bit tacky and dated IMO, could've done a better effort there. Nice to see balcony glass going up.
