I know there was a liqour store that was appying for one of the retail untis as well, I think it was for the northwest corner unit. I don't know if it was approved or not as there was some push back due to the proximity to the drop in centre.

I was just going to comment that I don’t mind that crown! Maybe it glows and is backlit?

Wow I was hoping the crown would be bigger and more stylish like in the renderings, this looks like a half a crown was put up, someone please tell me its not the finished product yet?

Come on guys, this is Calgary....the crowns will almost always be a downgraded version of what you see in the renderings.

To me the crown looks the same as the rendering, though the rendering has a transparent look to it, which may have been misleading.
I kinda expected the crown would look the way it has turned out, and if they add some up lighting or backlighting to it it’ll be fine.
