Didn't this one start construction after ALVI? If so, it's impressive how much further ahead it is now. It would be interesting to learn the reasons why.

The G.C. for South Bank is Clark Builders. The G.C for Avli is BMP who are smaller scale, and probably don't have the resources or expertise that Clark does. If I was buyer in Avli (sales started 3 years ago at least), I would not be happy with the progress.

This is such a great project - I'm a big fan of the townhouses off of the north-side too. This project is a great example of how to at least design for active facades (of course, execution of the design remains to be seen!) This the type of scale at which we should be developing our neighbourhood corridors.

all those additional retail bays will really add to the street life. as good as 9th is its still a little light/patchy.

I like the front version better than the back version. Back version would be fine except the red is one color too many.

I'm not a fan of the red either. The rest of the colors go with the corton steel, but the red clashes. I think.
