Hasn't this building been open a while? Was the CRU just sitting empty? Weird they couldn't get tenants with all the high rises nearby.

SE corner of 17 Ave and 13 St SW, I believe. Seems to be Calgary Jewellery now.

That was the first Moxie's I ever went to.
