It's pretty cool. Called Pricket Richard. Almost like a mix between Proof and Betty Lous Library.
I definitely enjoy Prickett Richard for the vibe/drinks and both Comery/South Block for food paired with their home brews.I guess that makes sense. It's run by the people behind the "secret" bar under Comery Block, which is from the same group as South Block.
I’ve been to the Embarcedero a couple times. They are an oyster bar. Great oysters, cool atmosphere. I like the place, also surprised it isn’t busier more often.Anyone ever been to these 2 restaurants on the far eastern edge of 17th? Seems like they should be overflowing with drunk people for events at the Dome and Stampede, but always seem to be quiet.
You could get Canadian beef if you wanted last time I was there, they gave you a choice.I agree with most of those, at least those I've been to. Bridgette Bar is amazing, and I love Cassis, Mercato and Major Tom. Haven't been to Ten Foot Henry probably since before Covid, though.
Chili Club is good, but not 100 best restaurants good. They definitely throw McCain breakfast potato wedges or similar in some of those curries.
I think Ruth's Chris, as tasty as it is, shouldn't be on the list because they use US beef and are a US chain.
This list is from Open Table, the reservation app. Useful for any subjective list, here's what they say about the methodology:11 Calgary spots make list of Top 100 Restaurants in Canada for 2024
