Do you know if they are building all three towers, or just this 33 story one?
 
From what I know, they're building the entire hotel for sure, and will be building at least the first 5 storey's of the apartment building as those will be all retail (first floor) and parking garage.

I'm loving this project. I would be happy with just the retail to be honest, either tower is a bonus for sure.

Actually just one tower. The rendering makes the hotel (right side) look like two separate towers.
 
Is there still no rendering of the apartment tower? The hotel portion looks great. It's always nice to have a splash of colour in the skyline.
 
The apartment tower is very simple, boring and blue. I'll try to dig up the small render I have of the two of them together...
