Ah, I see now. The hotel is actually two towers joined together. I thought the gray part of the hotel was the residential tower.

Good to see that strip of parking lots at the north end of the Beltline start to fill in. This is also better architecture than you tend to find south of the tracks.

That's a great update Surreal, thanks! This shouldn't be a long excavation period at all since most of the parking is above grade.
Agreed. I think this one will be fast. I'm excited to see some of those empty lots along the tracks start to get filled.

Once a few projects get done along those tracks I hope it acts as a catalyst for more.
I saw Place 10 the other day and it appears they are indeed building the podium and then stopping. A shame, but not surprising in the least. Office space built on spec doesn't make sense right now. I'm glad they are finishing out the podium though.

I saw this on the weekend, and they have dug out a substantial amount of earth since the last photo. Brad Lamb's 6th and 10th is still about the same.

This one is quite far along. I wouldn't be surprised to see a crane go up this summer or fall.
