Hotels are hurting almost as bad as office properties. This new inventory is just going to make things even more competitive. It's probably will be some time before something else breaks ground but, these are also interesting times. I don't know if it closed but, this under construction Residence Inn was up for sale by BCIMC to a Chinese investor as part of the Silverbirch deal
