Is it though? Strip out the nice atmosphere and lighting in the rendering, and I think you're just left with another generic condo. The only thing different is that the typically random color "flair" now has some more organization behind it. It's a Hat, with red stripes.

I wasn’t able to snap a pic, but noticed this morning some of the equipment on site had moved around again. One of the boxes was labeled ‘Nat Gas Lines’.

That's about as glass is half full as you're going to get. It's not terrible. It's just surrounded by other half is glass full developments when they were built. The difference is this is new. New never lasts.
