If you remember, Cantiro tapped into the office conversion fund (in this case, to fund demolition of the buildings that were on site) in exchange for affordable housing as part of the project. They also have a BP application in. All of this is to say that they've already sunk a lot of money into this so I am pretty sure it's going ahead.
