Is it though? Strip out the nice atmosphere and lighting in the rendering, and I think you're just left with another generic condo. The only thing different is that the typically random color "flair" now has some more organization behind it. It's a Hat, with red stripes.

I wasn’t able to snap a pic, but noticed this morning some of the equipment on site had moved around again. One of the boxes was labeled ‘Nat Gas Lines’.
Maybe they are getting prepped for a start?

I think it will be a vast improvement to that site - and it’s not bad looking.
