Hi Group,
This Waterfront Project, I remember it being Started a few Years Back. Were the 1st 3 Bldgs as such Started as a 1st Phase, with the Others as Say What, Phase No 2? I didn't realize there were to
B 9 Bldgs all Total. I Remember the 1st 3 going Up with others Under Construction and that was about it, Not 9 as Such Wonder What I Missed.

Tnx,
Operater

There were first two towers. The third tower was built a year or two later.

They are building several phases now. I do believe some haven't gone to market yet.

Jogged by this one today. Does anyone know if there will be retail at the ground level of this development? If not, and all residential and grade, seems like a wasted opportunity for restaurants, bars, cafe etc. given the foot traffic that this area gets along the river?

Anyone know where there is practically no retain beside the river except for the Simmons Building?

Hi Group,
W
Everytime I See this Project, I appreciate it a bit more. When It First started Years Back it was Just the 3 Bldgs plus a few Misc and that was It. I wasn't Expecting 9 Bldgs as such. I give the Developer full credit for a First Class Project. Next Up Front. Not Sure. I believe it will B the One down by Lindsay Park Centre. If so I'll B most interested to see it how it turns out, Bldg/Project Wise.

Tnx,
Operater,

I'm not sure why that is. I've always wished that there were more restaurants with patios facing out to the river or the bike paths. I know some people like the 'nature' aspect of the river pathways, but IMO, they are kind of past that....at least in the downtown core area. There is plenty of nature type path areas further up or down the river.

Most businesses and developers probably think it's a risky place for retail / restaurants. That area gets quite busy on nice summer days, but is a total dead zone in the winter, aside from the riff raff...
