It's been a while since we last checked in on Parkside, Anthem Properties' latest Calgary development. The six-building Parkside Waterfront project is part of the overall nine-building Waterfront project that began in 2007. Since that time three buildings have been completed: Tower I, Tower II, and Outlook, with six more under construction. The IBI-designed project will offer over 300 units.

The tallest of the six buildings, the 18-floor Parkside SW Tower is now up to the 14th floor, and has cladding up to the fourth floor. Parkside NW and Parkside West are both topped out at nine floors.

Meanwhile, the nine-storey Parkside SE is above ground with the second storey of concrete poured, and is now starting to rise upward.

Cladding on Parkside SW only recently started going up, but is now up to the fourth floor. The spandrel, which is light gray with blue accents, is very close to what the renderings represented.

As of now, all six Parkside buildings are under construction. Originally, four of the buildings were to be built with the remaining two buildings built as a future phase, but construction photos show all six under construction at once.
