For all the Cidex bashing we do, it is great to see them moving forward with significant projects in our center city, especially in these current economic times.

My thoughts also.

There are things I don't like about some of their projects. The podium on West Village Towers, and too much spandrel on the EV Hat, but I'm happy with the look of Aura\Arch, and their project on 7th ave turned an almost unusable space into something that turned out pretty well. The Hat on 14th likes to me like the EV hat, but with less spandrel, and should be okay.
