Ran by here yesterday, didn't grab a photo. But looks like some of the retail spots have been leased, with signs for a Wine bar, and a Japanese restaurant coming soon on the 14th street side.

The Japanese restaurant is Ryoku, which has locations on Macleod and the SW

They fly their sashimi in directly from Japan twice a week.
I think that this is the start of a major transformation of this part of 14th street (Beltline west end) over the next decade IMO. Can foresee many similar high-rises with retail at the base going in over the next decade. All of the sites below are prime corner lots that are dying/dead and future high rise logical development targets.

Keep the cool arched arcade structure, but gut the core and slip a mid century tower in.

just demo it and put up a random rectangle spandrel mess like everyone else.
