Hells yeeah. That's gonna make a huuuge difference. Since the parking garage is above ground, it'll shoot right up. It has a huge affordable rental component too.

The steel sign holder has been taken down very recently and the windows blocked. Add in some major utilities work on 10th a couple of weeks ago and I’m hoping that this means it’s ramping up.
 
Now we reeeally need to get that proposal across the street off the ground. This, Sunalta Heights, and the NE corner could really make this area not such a dystopian hellscape.

Must be the case. Construction fencing is up, then we may see action soon.
