What Maestro said. Those views are amazing, and that 7th floor patio would be totally killer in the summer. Is it private or common space, does anyone know?

I've had a corner patio like that once. The wind eventually killed all my plan(t)s for it.

The 7th floor patio will be blocked at least from the west winds by the other side of the building. The north wind will come through though. The corner patio on 3rd will get wind, but shouldn't be too bad. The breeze might be a good thing, as I'm pretty sure with all that glass around it's going to bake on sunny days.

The second tower has certainly shot up quick! I think last we saw they were just pouring the first floor.
In the pic I took on Dec 21 they looked liked they were starting the west side, but it wasn't for sure. Even with the Christmas break and cold weather they are already at 7 floors.

Apparently they are scheduling first occupancies in mid summer. They also have lot of units left to sell in both buildings.
