I'll tell you one thing about this project that I love - the balconies. They look great.

Walked through Riley Park yesterday - it looks great from there. Tucked in behind the trees and not imposing. I know the community had some concerns and opposition because of that, but they seem to have made it all work out nicely.

Balconies look nice, they are a huge thermal bridge though. I hope they insulate the outside of them somehow, they are going to suck all the heat out of the unit in the winter...

Ezra looks good from that angle, it's gonna look really nice in the summer after it's finished and all the trees are green around it

The community had made a fuss about the height on this one, IIRC it was supposed to be 2 floors higher? I'm not sure how much more of a difference those 2 floors would have made, however the scale as is looks great from the park. Wouldn't mind seeing more along 5 AVE.
