Yes. It's a glycol heating system. If I remember correctly, it is code too.

I'd guess about 12'. The port-a-potty in the pic is 7', and ceiling of the first floor is about 5 or 6 feet above that. It seems low for hotel.

It's only required if the slope is greater than 15% and the ramp is uncovered.

I love that they kept those trees alive during construction. They've had a major head start with lots of light, and the new tenant can enjoy walking into their building from day 1.
