I always hated that Fortis' parking entrance/exit fronted 17th Ave. But it looks like the alley never extended behind the building, which I don't understand.

Great news! All four corners of this intersection will have a building, which I remember someone mentioned was a rarity in the Beltline.

That makes sense. Kit Interior Objects is moving out of the Danish Club down the block to where Skymount Drones was on the corner of 7th Street and 11th Ave.

Hard to see but is there green tiles between some of the wood slats? Nice touch if it is because they carry it through into the interior design.
