PSL's are typically just a one-time fee that allows you to buy seasons tickets each year. If you chose not to buy season tickets the PSL goes back to the team to sell

As mentioned, they provide the team additional cashflow. They are often marketed as investments as they can be resold for a higher value if the team performs well.

As a new season ticket holder, one big motivation was getting access to season tickets for the new arena. So judging by that, they won't do PSL.
Are season tickets worth it? Obviously it's different for everyone but I frequently see below face value tickets on sale. Unless it's solely as an investment for when they move to Scotia Place

It is a personal choice, in the end I get together with enough people that I manage the seats but only have 12 games of tickets (including preseason) that I can either use or sell. That drastically lowers the cost. Waiting on what tickets I'll get this season but resale is a way to recover costs.

I'm a sicko but I actually enjoy going to games, even if the team is bad. I go to watch the game beyond what you see on TV.

Looks like the section under the plaza near the community arena is almost at grade.

For the underpass, that is tied to this, I noticed this week that they've done all the prep with the exception of laying the actual track for where they're redirecting the CPKC lines.

Does anyone know if there are any publicly available drawings or renderings of the 6 Street underpass?

It's being funded by the province and built on land owned by the province so... six 5 meter wide lanes and a singular 1 meter wide sidewalk so everyone can drive their Hummers and F350s through there.
Of course I'm being facetious, and there hasn't been any released drawings or rendering so far, but knowing this province it definitely wont be pedestrian oriented.

Maybe we do need some height to the left to balance out the skyline ;)

Has anyone actually gone in and checked out the SAM Centre? It seems like one of those odd projects that doesn't really draw anyone aside from some school groups and a handful of tourists during Stampede time. I can't imagine the café in there lasting too long unless the Event Centre construction workers are giving them a big boost.
