Construction resuming on Calgary’s Scotia Place, other projects next week

Took this screencap from the included video. Looks like they built a new access ramp on the south side. They're likely working at removing the dirt they've been using up till now as a ramp in preparation of building the loading ramp in it's place.

PSL = Personal Seat Licence ?
Access to all events at SP ?
Yes, Personal Seat License. CSEC could get back a huge chunk of their upfront investment by going this route. Calgary would obviously be less, but in Toronto the resale market for Leafs/Raptors PSL's have lots of listings in the $40-50K per seat range and some are asking over $100k per seat. I could see the flames bringing in $100M + before they have sold a single ticket in the new arena.

How about PSL's, but with all the money going back to the repay the public investment.

What is the difference between a PSL and season tickets? Does the PSL just offer you access to every single event in the building throughout the year? Is it an annual thing or a forever thing?

I see a PSL more or less equal to having a suite at the Saddledome. Leasing a suite you get access to all the dome events.

In the new arena they likely expand that offering to some of the lower bowl seats that will access the bunker suites?

There is the club level of seats in the lower bowl at the dome as well but those are not currently PSL. I sat in one of those seats for the Surge Stampede game and they are much more comfortable seats. In the new arena they could make them PSL too but I don't see it as you want the ability to be able to sell that seat to a Hitmen, Wranglers or Roughnecks game. I don't see the owner of the PSL caring about those games at all.

For concerts, maybe season-ticket holders get early access to seats?
