Minto proposal isn't shown as 11 storeys high, but rather 9 (at 26 m). But I agree, it's a nice-looking project. The re-zoning plan for Minto Kensington was approved by City Council about a week ago. From the

That Council:
1.ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.17 hectares ± (0.42 acres ±) located at 321, 323, 325, 327, 329 and 331 – 9A Street NW (Plan 2448O, Block 2, Lots 25 to 30) from Multi-Residential – Contextual Medium Profile (M-C2) District to DC Direct Control District to accommodate multi-residential development with density bonus, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and
2.Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 186D2016.
