I bought the Phantom 3 standard for $675 CDN. It's the lowest end of the Phantom line, but still very capable.

Man, they are moving quickly. I hope Kensington gets more of these types of developments. I know some of you love the tall buildings, but in my mind these developments are the perfect scale for good urban style neighborhoods. Some where in between 6-10 floors.
