Qualex Landmark's Park Point has been rising into the Beltline skyline at approximately a floor per week, and it's becoming noticeable on the Beltline's skyline now that it has risen about 14 floors. One thing that has been absent in its rise is the cladding, but that changed this week.

Workers began installing the glass and spandrel sections Wednesday morning, and now we have a glimpse of what the building exterior will look like when finished. At first glance the materials look similar to other recently completed projects in the Beltline such as 6th and Tenth and Versus

The actual colours look very close to the rendering so far.

Solid black, and solid white are the two main cladding colours. A close-up shot gives us a better look at the materials, with black mullions that are slightly darker than the black spandrel.

The cladding is going up at a good pace so far, with a significant portion of the third floor completed in just 48 hours since the installations began.

Updates will follow as more cladding goes up. We will check in again in a month or so when some of lower floors have been completed. To keep up with regular updates or join in on the discussion, check out our related Forum thread or visit the building's main Database page.
