I was looking at Chevron Plaza and I assume they're going to need to replace all the glazing. I wonder if they'll go for a reflective look like it has now.Oh frick! Another 10-year conversion incoming.

Strategic Group buys Calgary tower for $17M, plans residential conversion
Calgary-based real estate company Strategic Group has purchased the former Chevron Plaza, a 25-storey office tower in downtown Calgary, with plans to convert it into 332 residential units.renx.ca
- Barron Building (610 8th Ave. SW, Calgary) – Targeting Spring 2026 completion with 124 high end rentals;
- One01 (101 6th Ave. SW, Calgary) – The former Hanover office tower in downtown Calgary has been renamed and will have 314 residential suites with expected occupancy in November
Looks like the second storey on the penthouse structure could be complete. Could start to see the exterior coming together soon, maybe occupancy by next summer?Their permits should be contingent on finishing the Barron building!
