Not sure if the lot next to Keynote is big enough to accommodate a super tall, unless it's an incredibly slender one like Billionaires Row in NYC. I'd be cool with ~50 floors on that site, to help fill in the gap between the many 500-800' towers north of the CP tracks and the eventual Broadway and Stampede Station towers. Lots of towers in Beltline but only a few of them are over 400'.

It would be a pretty slim tower for that location, something similar to One Bloor West, but could be a bit bulkier. The biggest part of the Keystone lot is roughly 145' x 175', and for comparison sake, One Bloor West has a foot print of roughly 120' x 90'

I would never balk at a supertall, but my preference if we ever did get one would be the Oxford lot at 6th ave and 4th street SW, or somewhere on one of those empty lots along the CPKC line.

I’m now thinking it’s going to be for the lot north west of the BMO center.
I can’t see McKinley Studios spending time making a concept rendering for that lot if there wasn’t something in the works.
Good point Atticus. Renders are a lot cheaper than a full design, but someone went through the trouble of making the renderings. Also the way they worded their post saying "first look at a bold concept" implies that there is more to come, and it's not just a pipedream idea someone came up with when they had some time to kill.
