My vote is Rivers, EV has the river path vibrancy. Some vibrancy, spurred on by new residents, in Rivers would be nice.would you rather see more development in Rivers or EV?
Would agree with this. There is nothing blatantly working against Rivers. The reality with EV is the DIC is a direct and obvious deterrentI lean Rivers. You can sink as much money as you want into new EV developments and infrastructure, but until the homeless/drug issue is resolved (or atleast goes back to something we had even 10 years ago) it will never reach its potential. Not that Rivers is immune... but the further you are from the DIC, the better chance of success.
