Another interesting thing he mentioned was that all of the condo buildings would be concrete construction. No wood frame outside of the single-family and townhomes.
I know this drives a much higher cost, but some of the worst sleeps of my life were in a wood frame condo. I'll applaud this development on this alone, haha.
