Not easily. The long term plans call for the terminus in Seton, and as a result, no right-of-way has been set aside like further north along the alignment. That said, 210th is a very big/wide road, maybe 16m can be found to squeeze a train in decades from now.
You think residents of this enclave would actually take public transit with the unwashed masses? Jay Westman said he envisioned residents getting helicoptered over from the airport when they fly in from whatever globe trotting they were doing. I wonder if they’re even targeting Calgarians?
