Could be, I know it was right on Mission Rd and the community hated it because it was 5 storeys.

The one on 34th I believe was 5 story's and people seemed to think it backed on Mission as there was only one row of houses between it and Mission.
I only wonder if it was that one since it was so recent, and I thought I remember the community approving of the Land resignation for this site (not the DP) earlier last year.
