There is or at least was a proposal for a tower a block north, but it's been radio silence for that one. There's a DP calling for changes to the hotel to the south, but nothing for the 1300 site.

Road rollers were out when I walked by this evening. It looks like it will indeed be a parking lot.
Will probably still be finished before Prairie Block
