Suburban developers have a job to do. Suck souls from unsuspecting suburban office park workers. I hear there's good money in that racket.
Reno at 240 Fourth has improved the lobby somewhat, but 240 Fourth is one of those buildings that are the poster child for soul sucking sterility.

The difference I can see in that lobby Reno is white paint. You could tell me it wasn’t renoed and I’d believe it

I’m assuming they will plant trees and shrubs in the spring in front of BP Place. Will help warm it up a bit. I’m happy they finally replaced and repaved their sidewalks. There is a lot of shitty sidewalks downtown that need a redo.

Honestly, i like it, simple and sensible design. I do think that it would look better if the continued the brick across the entire face of the first floor, with that amount of brick it almost feels like an afterthought.What do you guys think of this development in Atlanta? (asking for a friend)
I agree with @Calgcouver its a nice little development. I would like to see a bunch more of those type developments in Calgary.

It's so weird how close The Hub looks to downtown from that angle, like it's a leisurely walk away even though it's actually almost 3 full kilometers away from the West End.
