What’s that Quarry Park project? (Not the tower)

DP updated with drawings by KN Architecture, phase 1 with 459 units in 3 buildings. Phase 2 is a shitty strip mall as expected

It's actually Douglasglen on 114th. Looks like the parking structure for the 3 residential towers is being built. Not sure about the second retail phase. At the pace this is going I can see it being complete years before the Greenline opens across the street.

It's hard to tell in my photo but they've dug a massive pit covering the area of all 3 towers. One already has foundations cast. I'm guessing they'll do all 3 at the same time. I'm not sure if they'll phase the towers after or go full bore on all 3?

That’s awesome. This was the one I was hoping for, sweet.

Cool. I didn't know the project had changed, originally it was going to be 12 low-rise buildings.

Going by the drawings 6 stories.

Anyone know who owns the SoBow site? Surprised they only built 2 buildings there, great site for a lot of additional housing.
It's owned by a subsidiary of Matco, which explains why nothing is happening there. For those not in the know, Matco owns (or owned, not sure if they still do) the vacant land by Westbrook station that has seen no action in over a decade.
