I remember before they built the Interchange just north of this lot and this was a driving range. We used to bomb golf balls on top of that superstore. Wonder if they’re still up there? Lol

Wasn't on site lol, I go to university in the same town as it and I see it out my window everyday. It's basically a giant freezer used to store cranberries and blueberries. I believe it is completely automated too, the only person ever on site is the security guard.

I was going to say likely all automated. The cavendish plant down in Lethbridge is like that at one end as well. Funny story there, we were contracted to install a/c in the shipping office among other places there. The shipping office is situated inside the refrigerated warehouse. The shipping office was specked out to have a system that only cools. Shipping office has no heat! Lol. Not sure what they did afterwards but I guarantee the a/c has never come on.

Went to my wife’s office today down down at Eau Claire. Man I couldn’t help but be saddened by all the trees cut down in the plaza area. I still think it’s a damn joke and a shame that they couldn’t work around more of them. Just another barren, heat stroked wasteland now. Let me know when the the minuscule saplings they replant are dead from lack of care.

It looks good. There is so much empty street level space within a couple of blocks (either direction) of here. However, this looks like it will be a destination if it has the right draw. All depends on what hospitality/retail tenants they can lease to.
