I’d like to se that building in EV redeveloped if I recall correctly there was some sort of plan to build affordable housing there.

The CBE also had plans at one point for a mixed-use tower that would have served as their adult learning campus but those plans were shelved a few years ago. I'm not sure if the CBE still owns the site or not.

It had major flood damage, enough that the CBE didn’t want to fix it even with the fix being funded 80%+ by the feds under flood recovery programs.

I am surprised it is still standing.

I don't remember much about the project, but I recall Drug Farrell saying it was slated to be an affordable housing development.

Going back on street view, it's been this way since at least 2012. There was a DP sign on it last year for multifamily but obviously nothing has happened.
