General Construction Updates

When you look at the proposed designation, it is DC/MU-2f5h32. That means it is a Direct Control (special rules for that specific site) zoning based on the standard MU-2 district. The "f" afterwards indicates the maximum FAR, and the "h" indicates the maximum height, in meters.

I forgot about that being Graywood. They've got quite a bit of experience in Toronto with all sizes of projects. Should be interesting to see what the design ends up being.

Gold Homes is building it. It's a 17 unit proposal. Nice to see it under construction.

Oooh, I like that one. There's enough colour for it to be interesting and unique but not so much that it's overpowering or ugly.
I also really like all the greenery.
