Forgot about the two cranes at Residence Inn. I also forgot about the Cancer Centre coming online...that should be at least three cranes I would think.

Given the size of the cancer centre, I'm thinking 3 cranes at least. Might be a while before the count gets below 20.

Emerald Sky Condos(Kincora): 1
Skyview Condos: 1
Bonnybrook Waste Treatment plant: 1
Ink East Village: 1

Total: 11

These may possibly be down by end of summer:
Rio Can East Village: 3
Verve East Village: 1

Getting below 20 is a sure thing IMO. Probably around end of summer. Less than 20 seems disastrous, yet outside of the big three metros, any other city would be happy with 20 cranes.

New crane up in Inglewood, I think it is the Avli site.

A crane is being installed for the Mackimmie Tower revitalization/expansion over the next few weeks. Will be up for about a year and a half.

I was coming here to break the news about the Marriott crane, but was beaten to the punch. The crane count is going to start dropping over the next 4-6 months, but at least we have a few more on the horizon.

-500 block no doubt
-maybe Rhapsody?
-Brentwood Village
- 2 or 3 for the cancer centre.
