The last crane in East Village. There are currently no more cranes in East Village.

I suppose it'll be short lived as Platform will have a crane up quickly given the lack of excavation. After that, nothing on the horizon for cranes in EV any time soon.

This one has really come fast under the radar.

It can only been seen from one angle pretty much so it's going to be easy to miss This 7th Ave Hat one will have the same problem as the beautiful - but mostly obscured - 707 5th Street tower from a few years ago, but in a much more boring, utilitarian and it's-okay-to-be-hidden kind of way. Love the density, love the limited parking, love the location though!

I see either Avli or Southbank is down to one crane. The crane on the west side of the development is down

While one goes down another goes up. A second crane had gone up in Scenic Acres

Added the second crane for Scenic Grande, and took away the one for Southbank. Still holding at 27 cranes.

If I recall that index has been known to be incorrect. Maybe they are counting the smaller cranes?
