Phase I is just the SW tower and the podium.

Are they committed to doing all phases in the future, finishing all three towers or is there a a high possibility they'll stop at a certain phase before finishing it?

Yeah, Urb is right, it looks like just the SW tower. The transfer slab is there for the second tower, but there's no work happening around the edges, or any more rebar going up.

It's highly likely they'll finish at least the second tower at some point, since they've built up that far already. Third tower requires more excavating, etc.. that one who knows.

I would guess they will do the first tower, once the concrete guys are done with that, then they will likely move t the second tower. Is this still all rental?
